To help inform the CPA Assist Program, CPA Alberta has engaged Howatt HR Consulting to conduct a health and wellness research study to better understand the issues faced by Alberta CPAs and CPA candidates. The results from the assessment will also help CPA Assist better meet the needs of CPAs, candidates, and their families, as well as improve the services provided. Please consider taking the time to participate in the study, as the data generated is integral to helping Alberta CPAs.
As a benefit for completing the online assessment, you will receive an individualized report providing your Mental Fitness Index (MFI) score. This will be automatically generated once you complete the assessment. You can use what you learn for personal health planning purposes or may choose to discuss your results with a trusted peer, family member, or your team of healthcare professionals.
Details:
- The assessment will take approximately 30 – 40 minutes to complete.
- The data will be collected by our external partners, so your responses will remain confidential, anonymous, and secure. Any information we receive from the research team will be in a summary form.
- All data collected will be hosted on Howatt HR’s secure server. Howatt HR’s secure server is hosted by Cologix, located in Canada, and data housed within it will be accessed solely in Canada.
If you would like to participate in the MFI:
- A random sample of Alberta CPAs will receive a direct invitation to participate in the MFI study. However, if you would like to opt into the research, simply email contact@cpa-assist.ca with your name, email address, and CPA Alberta member number no later than January 26.
- You will receive an invitation to participate in the MFI directly from Howatt HR on February 1 when the study is launch, and you will have until February 22 to complete your assessment.
Thank you in advance for your participation. If you have any questions about the study or program, please contact CPA Assist at contact@cpa-assist.ca.
