Great news! Practitioners can now manage the Workers’ Compensation Board (WCB) – Alberta accounts of multiple clients through a single user profile.
To do so, follow the steps below.
- Create a “myWCB” user profile, if you don’t currently have one, sign in to your myWCB account at https://my.wcb.ab.ca/.
- Once signed in, hover the mouse over “myWCB administration” on the top right of the screen and choose “Request additional access”.
- Follow the information provided on the screens to authenticate access for each client account by answering key fact questions.
- Follow steps 2 – 3 to request access for each client.
Once each client account number has been authenticated, all clients’ WCB accounts will be able to be managed through a single sign in!
