Meet CPA Alberta’s Inspired Leaders | The new generation of CPAs

Last fall, CPA Alberta recruited 13 Alberta CPAs aged 35 and under who are passionate about building community and shaping the future of the CPA profession to join CPA Alberta’s Inspired Leaders program. Through this formal program, young Alberta CPAs have been brought together to showcase the talent, vision, and leadership of new CPAs across the province.

The 2022 class of Inspired Leaders are change-makers who have proven experience solving business problems in the new social, technological, economic, and political environments of the modern workplace. They work in a variety of sectors including energy, power generation, public practice, manufacturing, wealth planning, and technology. These CPAs have a desire to support others in the profession to think differently about their careers, ignite a sense of curiosity, and provide a fresh perspective on work-life balance. Not only are they active members of their community, a number of these CPAs have already been recognized with an Early Achievement Award through CPA Alberta!
