The results are in for the September 2025 Common Final Examination (CFE), and we are thrilled to celebrate the achievement of 443 Alberta-based writers who have reached this important milestone in their CPA journey!
Special congratulations to Beth Klassen, who earned the National Gold Medal, awarded to the top CFE writer in Canada. Beth also secured a place on the CFE National Honour Roll, alongside Ian Altwasser, Erika Tang, and Angela Ou, recognizing candidates who demonstrate exceptional performance on the CFE.

Writers who passed the September sitting will be formally recognized—alongside those who passed the May 2025 CFE—at Convocation events in Edmonton (January 2026) and Calgary (February 2026).
