The Speed Networking Event supports members involved in the Connector Program, by providing them with an opportunity to practice and refine their networking and conversation skills, while gaining knowledge about different industries and career paths.
CPA Alberta is hosting two Speed Networking Sessions in Calgary on:
- February 9, 2016 from 8:00am – 9:00am
- February 11, 2016 from 8:00am – 9:00am
We need Volunteers who are either
- A CPA with at least five years of progressive experience
- A Human Resources professional who is employed with three years of direct HR experience
What is required?
- One to two hours of your time
- Talk with local accounting professionals, over the course of an hour, who are interested in building and diversifying their professional network
- Be open to sharing your own personal experiences and expertise
- Show mutual respect and interest in the professionals you are meeting with
