- Board Chair Maureen Moneta CPA, CA updated the board on a number of items, including ongoing national items and the status of the provincial Professional Governance Act.
- The Board approved the fiscal 2026 CPA Alberta Annual Report and audited financial statements. The annual report and audited financial statements will be presented to Alberta CPAs as part of the CPA Alberta AGM on September 9 and will be available on the CPA Alberta website after that date.
- Learner fees for the CPA Western School of Business were approved.
