A message from CPA Alberta Board Chair Darrell Jones FCPA, FCMA
Dear CPA Colleagues:
It is a distinct honour as CPA Alberta Board Chair to present Chair’s Long Service Awards to CPAs who have reached 40-, 50-, 60-, and, 70-year career milestones in the profession.
These Alberta CPAs have amassed remarkable experiences and accomplishments during their years in the profession. Their achievements and skills blazed the path to allow the CPA profession to evolve to where it is today—a well-respected, valued pool of leaders renowned for their integrity.
Unfortunately, this year we are not able to celebrate and honour these individuals in person due to COVID-19. I welcome Alberta CPAs to reach out to those 2020 Chair’s Long Service Award recipients in their networks and congratulate them on their exceptional service. On behalf of my CPA Alberta Board colleagues, and all Alberta CPAs, I want to congratulate those celebrating career milestones this year: thank you for your many years of service and for being inspirations in your communities and to younger generations of CPAs. It is an honour to recognize your achievements.
