The CPA profession in Canada recently launched a new national branding campaign, with the theme of “CPA For What Matters”. The campaign highlights how CPAs drive progress on issues that matter to organizations and help them grow and build resilience through challenging times. It cleverly uses a series of numbers and then drives beyond the numbers to focus on the contributions Canada’s CPAs make, such as the below, from the opening of one of the campaign videos featuring Jean Vincent FCPA, FCA; President, Native Commercial Credit Corp.:
“In 30 years, we’ve made investments worth 100 million dollars in 800 business projects from the First Nations. What makes me very proud is the thousands of jobs created.”
The campaign also includes print, social media, and other digital components to reach target audiences and provide the stories behind the numbers. Two Alberta CPAs—Jason Ding FCPA, FCA and Aroon Sequeira FCPA, FCA—will be featured in the national campaign.
