Ideal for senior leaders and board members, this highly interactive and hands-on three-day program will include instructor-led discussions, group discussions, case studies, and real-world examples all supported by a current and comprehensive resource materials package. The concepts and practices that you will learn can be applied to all sectors, organizations, and industries. There will also be specific exercises that focus on COVID-19 through a risk lens.
Participants will learn how to develop, or improve upon, a risk management framework to enable confident recommendations on an organization’s current state of risk.
