Do you know a post-secondary student who is an MVP on their campus? A born leader with a talent for making a difference? A valiant volunteer known for their helping hands in their community? A champion of exceptional innovation?
Nominate them for the 2022 class of Capitalize Campus Stars!
We’re looking for up to 10 amazing Alberta post-secondary students to join last year’s inaugural class of Capitalize Campus Stars and represent the future of the profession.
Eligibility requirements
Nominees must:
- Be a post-secondary student in one of the programs in the CPA Alberta Transfer Credit Guide as of the beginning of the fall term in the nominating year (i.e., to be a 2022 Capitalize Campus Star, a student must be attending a post-secondary institution as of the 2022 fall term)
- Live in Alberta
- Dream of one day becoming an Alberta CPA
- Demonstrate excellence in leadership, innovation, volunteerism in their community, and/or professional achievements
Students may be nominated by anyone—a peer, a mentor, a teacher or professor, a colleague.
Capitalize Campus Stars is intended to reflect the diversity of Alberta’s post-secondary campuses. Nominations are welcome and encouraged for nominees representing all communities in Alberta, especially those most marginalized, such as Black, Indigenous, and Students of Colour; students who identify as LGBTQ2S+; and students with disabilities.
