Alberta continues to be one of Canada’s most important capital markets, representing more than $638 billion in market capitalization as of December 31, 2021. We are Canada’s leading energy jurisdiction and the oil and gas and utilities and pipelines industries represented 75 per cent of the province’s aggregate market capitalization in 2022.
